Each day,
It's like I'm sinking deeper,
In a dark sea without a glimpse of light.
All around, cries for help echoes
Hoping for someone to hear.
Their dreams and lives,
Now just desperate cries,
In a world that offers little relief.
Yet, they hold onto hope,
In the midst of it all.
But as I sink deeper,
I realize with sinking certainty
There's no beacon of light,
No lifeline to grasp,
Only the suffocating weight of despair.
