OHAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

It comes around once a year,
A day specifically to show our love.
To my mom I love you, i miss you.
I know, you watch over me from above.
Mom just so you know, there was
nothing different, you should have did.
You were a good mom, i knew i was loved
U gave your time/love i was a happy kid. why i everything i did, i had 2 learn.
didn't cherish you enough. you was here.
I thought i would always have my mom
Went through life, living with no fear.
The day came, time for you to go home
To your home off in The sky.
Locked away by myself, nobody 2 see
When the news came i wanted to die.
I was alowed 2 talk 2 you, hear your voice to give me comfort from the Pain.
by myself locked away with nothing
The time alone, was driving me insane.
I am so sorry, the way you had to see me
In visitation i could see the fear in ur eyes tried to hide it holding your composure
But this, there was no way 2 disguise
It hurt u, everytime you came to see me
I know and I'm sincerely sorry and sad
As i look back over the time we spent
should have told u i love every chance
I had.
Now your gone and i find myself
With anger bottled up inside of me
The regret that I live with, will never leave
Always there like a strong rooted tree. your not the only one hurt by my choices
For i see it in their faces as it's felt everyday.
But enough of how i feel, no one to blame but me.
Though your not here with me today,
This day still belongs 2 u, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
