Trying
to erase the memories
those pictures in my mind
why is war so graphic
so disturbing
mentally
what state of being
do human beings
have to be in
to be trained
to then believe
to be fooled
into believing
war
is a job - well done
when does humankind
say we've had enough
no more wars
white flags are up
surrender
to peace
let's talk about love
for humanity's sake
haven't we all had enough
we've been fools for far too long
told war's our only solution
yet violence begets violence
so when will it all STOP!! 🛑
end all wars - NOW not LATER
their endings can't come soon enough...
