It's as though I'm in another realm,
Out of reach and connection,
Yet physically present.

I see differently,
It's as though I'm the only one,
Who sees this way,
Everyone else sees the same.

I talk differently,
It's as though I'm hysterical to everyone else,
Which is why I have decided that,
