Every storm will have it's dying

When the storm inside is raging,
And the clouds refuse to clear,
It's easy to stay hiding,
To give in to doubt and fear,
But a brighter dawn is near.

Silent tears might stain the pillow,
Heavy hearts may weigh you down,
Yet it's in the sharing, not the shadow,
Where the answers can be found,
Where you find you're not alone.

Don't be fooled by what you're seeing,
Every storm will have its dying.
Talk it out and start the healing,
Reach out, no use denying,
There's hope through all the crying.

Take a step and keep on walking,
Find a friend to talk it through,
Silence kills, but words keep sparking,
Connections that renew,
Every storm will pass, it's true.

Avoid the pull of toxic habits,
They only deepen your despair.
Drinking, drugs, or endless tablets
May seem to numb, but they don't care—
They'll leave you gasping for fresh air.

Isolation is a tempting trap,
It seems safer just to hide,
But it can spin into a map
That leads you to the darker side,
Where loneliness and fear reside.

Instead, seek out the light of friends,
Share your thoughts and let them in.
Find the strength that never bends,
Beyond the sorrow and the din,
That's where healing can begin.

Each storm has its final hour,
Though it feels it might consume,
Remember that you have the power
Walk through the fire, push through the gloom
From every storm, you'll always bloom
