Two hundred years ago China and India had seventy plus percent of global trade. Then the English came with better violence leaving them both impoverished and lame.

Iranian oil paid for reforms while Iranian people remained poor a civilisation much older than the English. Persia banned slavery and wrote a bill of human rights thousands of years before the English.
Americans good idea to destroy organised labour at home by moving production to China. Big profits for the one percent happiness for them unfolds, expecting China to be like America. Yeah, China is powerful like America can't bring democracy to them or destroy their country when they come for you American one percent you will have zero friends to worry for you..
