To my body; thank you for giving me years of life. There's no other body I'll have but this. I'm sorry for all the times I've disregarded you, loathed you & was ungrateful for you. I love the way you carry me daily. I'm sorry for the times I let someone undeserving touch the consecrated plains that you bear. I now love taking care of you, nourishing you. Making sure that what I want to feel & look like is directly proportional to what I put into you. Thank you for every blemish, every nook & cranny that displays my identity, thine own true uniqueness that has been bestowed upon me by our divine creator. This body has the ability to create & sustain life. I'm grateful & I celebrate the essence of my humanness that wouldn't be possible without you. My dear body, thank you.
