Unforgivable
War, a battle to fight and conquer,
Its smokes pervade the air,
Life, disregarded and forgotten,
Creating monsters with their bloodstained hands.
Homes are lost, ravaged by war's wrath,
Countless orphans left in its wake,
Barren lands, barren hearts, barren futures,
A result of conflict's destructive path.
The root of war, devoid of empathy,
Frees itself from the burden of pain,
But why engage in this cycle of destruction?
Why not choose peace and cleanse this stain?
