When you're dying frominside

I made destructive choices
And they led to new production
I should have had a warning
Saying "Hearts Under Construction"

But I jumped too deep this time
And I can't return and surface
Weighted limbs won't let me swim
They just don't serve a purpose

How'd I get this deep
