Looking around,
I'm dizzy from spinning,
Looking in every direction.
The faces are blank,
staring at screens,
Such a longing for someone's affection!

If anyone's there,
behind the blank stares,
I doubt they notice me, too.
If they could lift up their gaze,
blink away all the glaze,
that's stuck in their eyes like glue!

I must play this part,
and sit in the dark,
of the sunlight amongst these sheep.
Stop staring at phones!
Like zombies, and drones,
and awake from your erroneous sleep!
