A room, where stamina and determination is tested;
Strong and stubborn mind survive, rest are eliminated.
Faith on muscles and rely on blood glorify success,
Then between body and goal no one access

No game without pain and pain is golden part,
Gain will be visible if done by whole heart
Tiredness and exhaustion will show failure–
But, move on breaking the chain of unsuccess's lure.

Dripping sweat, growing gains will enrage more:
No matter, whatever happens even muscles got sore
Years after years of hard work on that room's floor;
Then ultimately the success will knock the door.
