What Time Is It
It doesn't matter what time of day it is
When you're living in a Hell
The pendulum is always swinging
And the clock will cast a spell
The days will seem to melt away
And years will pass you by
But you will never notice it
As long as you are high
The only time that I'm aware of
Is when it's time to eat
It's heroine my stomach hurts so I hurry to my feet
Surrounded by the Evil
And I'm living in the streets
I'm just barely breathing man
My bodies sore and weak
But don't get mad or kick and scream
You see there's nothing you can do
I'm sad to say that here in Hell
They have control of you
Laws and rules I break them
So they lock me in a cage
Wasting time as if it's free
My face will show it's age
Looking in the mirror my friend
You see I'm so confused
I wish that someone warned me about all the years that I would lose
In the end I learned a lot
I'm somehow still alive
Many, many consequences from me getting high
While stuck in Hell lost my choice
And I won't steer you wrong
If I make it out of Hell
I just might write a song
The clock continues ticking
So it always moves along
For years I felt so very weak
But now I'm feeling strong
Time will wait for no one
And it left me far behind
So many years I wasted
Being lost within the time
