I have prayed that you will what I chose, I have tried to take what is not mine, what you have not wanted for me, I have left the path you were leading me in and refused the footprint that was yours, I have refused to take your offering hand, to show the foolishness in my wisdom, I had forsaken your commands yet I wanted you to hear me, to see me, to harken to my cries, to be merciful and gracious to me, to fight for me and be for me. Me unfaithful me, yet you waited for me to come home to your arms where you have prepared for me.
