Unfounded conniption
True colors bleed through this
Falsely calm disposition
Enchantment sheds away like
Feelings nailed to a cross
Vulnerabilities exposed as
Penetrating spirits reap the
Rejected woes that have been lost
Descending upon the holler
Blankets of fog create a sea
Refusing to recede to this

Perfect calamity

Lost in a land of
Still imperfection
Voicelessly remaining much like the
Ghosts of determination that
Once claimed and fraudulently

Used to be

Echos of a Banshee rightfully
Displace with distaste the
Eerie sound that once inhabited
Fulfillment of the case
Disparaging words of caution
Condemning the outspoken with

Brutal defeat

Chilling hands sting like
Many disappointed faces unseen
Reasoning lost in these
Webs of deception that have been

Cast between

Silence that reigned
Transmutated to acceptance
Whispers erupt
Stabbing surreal emptiness
Woefully sacrificing this corruption
Breathing with icy undoing
Falling into the scene
Remembering finally this
Ageless place of

Forgotten dreams

Releasing devastation to
Embody reclamation

Drowning in purgatory
