Right a letter to your future self and hid it. set a reminder on your phone on the date for the next year. once you get the reminder the year later check on the letter each year . make sure to rewrite everything you wrote from last year and dont change a thing keep going for at least 4 years later . On the fourth year give the letter to someone really close to you . Ask them to give it to you on your next birthday. On your birthday open the letter and read what you had to say 4 years ago . You create new memories this way and realize how much you have or have not changed. it help you keep up with what you do in your life
