Why can't you see
she says she's fine
she keeps the smile on her face at all times
her eyes are bright filled with joy as though that's what it seems
but you might ask why does she always wear sweaters
well because the secrets she hides underneath the sweater says she's not fine
those cuts on her arms say she's not okay
the blood running down her legs and arms said she's not okay
The tear she's hiding says she's not okay
she's breaking
she's breaking into a million pieces at once
yet no one notices
why am I the only one that notices her pain
