Most of my poetry comes out of questions
So today's question is, "What's your biggest fear?"
Well, mine is simply change
See, I've never really had control over a thing
So when I do, I obsess!
I really like to be in control
But with change you never really know
what's to come and what's to go
what's to win and what's to lose
Even when it's changing from something
that deeply hurts my soul
I find it hard to let go
I've never really been one to explore
to venture into the unknown
Maybe my only comfort in this storm
is knowing exactly what I'm to receive
knowing the pattern of each thunder strike
and exactly how I'm to overcome it
so why jump to the uncertainity of moving on
I mean better the devil you know than the angel you don't!
