A Sister's Journey Through Time
In fleeting moments, my sister grew,
From my little baby to someone new.
Time rushes by, a relentless stream,
Leaving behind a nostalgic dream.
Her tiny hands, once held so tight,
Now embrace the world with newfound might.
Those blushy cheeks and eyes so bright,
A memory cherished in the soft moonlight.
I yearn for days when she was small,
A baby in my arms, innocent and all.
The laughter echoed, the smiles so sweet,
Oh, how I miss those moments fleet.
As time slips through fingers, swift and sly,
I wish for a pause, a chance to comply.
To rewind the clock to days of yore,
When she was my baby, forevermore.
