Tables turned as you walked through the door,
Not a noise, there was complete silence,
Everyone had a smile on their faces including I,
No clue about what had been discovered,
But I knew it was no mistake.

There was no rain, nor clouds,
Simply a sky so blue,
You couldn't tell what was the ocean and what was the sky,
Instead of breathing oxygen we were breathing happiness,
All minds clear and no thoughts disturbing the peace.

At night we can look up to the sky,
We don't see stars, or a moon,
We would see the entire solar system,
All planets aligned.
No if, buts, or maybes,
Only complete and absolute certainty.
And that's when we knew,
We found the cure for mindfulness.
