In vain do your prayers
Avail over me, I have
Been from time immemorial,
When eyes were blur.

My arrival was an absurdity
And my body cast away,
Coming and going like
Waist beads these several

Seasons, pilgrim on this swampy
Land, witnessed seasons in
Shreds and mutilated fragments
Of flesh in beasts' bellies.

I am of peculiar birth,
Savour the gaze of twin
Attire on me, bizzare
Demands and diefied essence.
