It's simple little things that make life worth living. The simple pleasure of watching a beautiful sunrise while in the mountains. The smell of the pine trees, frog's croaking in the early morning. Crickets chirping a lively tune, a rainbow trout splashing in the lake after a bug.
The gurgle from a nearby stream running into the lake.
Looking upon the grandeur of the mountain peaks with a bit of snow still clinging on the tops. Then there's the beginning of God's painting, magnificent colors of orange and pink and tints of purple on the horizon of the sky just above the mountains. Casting shadow's as the sun begins to rise up to the sky. Just enjoying the time in nature taking in all of the glory of God's creation. It's these little things that truly make life worth living.
