When God decided to write Our story
he did it with a devilish smile
and a faulty pen

He watches us
with some 'corn and snickers along with
His angel friends

He knew how this would go
He knew it
when we said our first 'hello'

We were a product of fate
dstined to meet — crash, burn in
disappointment and hate

But hate is not apathy
so love must live on
surely we're not too late!

Now its time to wait,
God's pen will guide
the tools back to its case
