when I write poems it seems to me the words flow out so easily.

I don't hide the feeling inside of me I write them down for all to see.

sometimes they are hard to read but at that time it's me just being me.

i write about the trials I've overcome to prove to everyone it can be done.

the battles I face are real to me but I choose to not let anyone see.

I keep my feelings deep inside but when I'm alone I break down and cry.

I'm not looking for sympathy, but just so you know this is the real me.

many times I don't care and I'll look at you with an empty stare.

the thoughts I write about I hope you all see the passion that's inside of me.

no matter what tries to get in my way. I will fight it to my dying day.

I have values honor Morales and respect and I'm not afraid of reject.

fear and pain is weaknesses I don't show because then I'm not in control.

one of my goals I must acheive is making my parents proud of me.

so I pray that you can see the poems I write set me free.
