The night is black, as pitch is pitch,
My thoughts are dark, I'm out of sync.
The sky is bleak, with no more light,
My mind is blank, there is no sight.
My soul is cold, as cold can be,
I'm in a hole, where no one sees.

The world is dark, and I'm alone,
My heart is stark, with no more tone.
I'm out of touch, and out of time,
I feel the anguish, deep inside,
My mind is empty, there's no guide.
I'm lost in darkness, without a clue,
My life is empty, without a view.
I need some help, but no one's near,
I feel the sorrow, I feel the fear.....

"The moonlight gleams, but it's in vain,
My mind remains, all in pain.
My thoughts are heavy, they weigh me down,
My mind is ready, to hit the ground.
I feel the pressure, from all around,
My head's a treasure, of no renown.
The darkness deepens, I can't be free,
My thoughts keep steepen, and I can't see.......

"The shadows creep, I'm on the brink,
I'm at the edge, I'm on the brink.
I fall into the darkness deep,
Into the void, my soul will weep.
The shadows shroud, and so do I,
Into the night, I cannot fly.
I feel the dread, it fills my head,
My thoughts are red, I wish I were dead.....

"My heart is frozen, my mind is numb,
My thoughts are broken, I'm overcome.
The cold surrounds me, I can't break free,
My thoughts confound me, and I can't see.
The darkness swells, and I am caught,
My mind compels, and I am fraught.
My soul is trapped, within my mind,
The shadows flap, and I'm confined......
