The Dead Zone / Chapter 2- Alexa and the virus
"Are you sure that there is something inside this mansion?" Tan asked.
"There should be," Daniel said.
"Here, everyone. I found something." Daisy said as all went towards her.
She was in the living room in the ground floor of the mansion.
"Oh I know this thing. It's called Alexa," Oliver said.
"Everyone knows about it," May said, "Alexa play the song Pour some sugar on me."
A strange voice came from the basement, "Alexa shut up and don't sing for that nasty kid."
Everyone freaked out when a lady came out of the basement with a shotgun.
"Um we are sorry for banging into your house," Rio said.
"My question is why you banged into only my house?" The lady asked.
"And my question is why you called me a nasty kid?" May objected.
"My answer first," The lady said.
"This mansion was big so instead of searching in the neighborhood, we came to your mansion," Selly said showing no fear to the shotgun (because she was at the very back🤣).
"Hmm and now my answer?" May asked.
"Hmm I called you a nasty kid as... I don't want to answer, keep it," The lady said as she kept her shotgun down.
"Introduce," The lady said.
After all introduced to the lady, she said that her name is Kelly.
"Anyone of you scratched or bitten by the zombies?" Kelly asked.
"Nope we are not infected," Oliver said.
"Fair enough. Do you know how the virus began?" Rio asked.
Kelly said to Alexa, "Alexa speak about the Zombie Ebola virus."
Alexa speaks, 'Zombie Ebola virus was created in the country UK. Nobody knows who created it and how. It has taken control over Europe, Africa and North America. The infected ones turn with the time they have. The bitten or scratched part contains virus and can't be killed like bacteria or other germs. The more the bite is closer to the brain, the more fast the infected person would turn. Minimum 20 seconds and maximum 2 hours. The zombies are twice smarter and speedy than a normal human being. They die only when their brains are damaged. Shooting at other places won't kill them. I don't know much more, more information will come later on.'
"Okay so you are living here alone?" Tan asked.
"I thought that after hearing to Alexa you guys will ask questions about it," Kelly said.
"Nope no need, we understood what she said," Daisy said.
"Tan, may I know why were you asking if I live alone?" Kelly asked.
"Because there are some people upstairs," Tan said as they heard some people running downstairs and straight towards them.
"That's what I expected," Selly said as zombies came down and Kelly shot them down with her shotgun.
"Crap! This shotgun is so noisy! All the zombies from the street are coming out," Daniel said.
"Take the Alexa, we might need it!" Kelly said as May picked it up and the eight of them ran out of the mansion from the back door.
