Things that go bump in the night #5: The Toy Maker
Long ago when Chemault was first founded, there lived a toy maker at the edge of town, in a little cottage that he sold his goods from and every Christmas he would let the children come to his home with their parents and pick out one free toy. For years the town prospered, but then tragedy struck.

One day a group of children went missing by the toy makers cottage, so they searched his place, and what they found was the stuff of every parent's nightmare. In the basement they found the children, or rather the twisted and deformed remains of them. He had made toys out of their body parts, some completely dismembered and disembowled, some taxidermied to be life like marinet dolls, but nothing was worse than the doll he made out a piece of each of them. Horrified by his actions, the town hung him and left his body to the wolves to feed on. That night, a symphony of screams echoed through the night as people lay shaking in their beds in fear of the unknown monster attacking the town....
When the survivors awoke, they found that everyone who played a role in the toy maker's death had been turned into marinet puppets with their own entestines used for the strings, secured to their bodys via multiple stitches. His home has long since been reclaimed by the lands, but its said that he still roams the woods, looking for any children who wondered from their parents, luring them to their demise by offering them any toy they want.
So, if your ever routine camping in those woods and your children say they were offered toys by a strange man, you better pack up and run, or you just might end up with a doll for a child.
