it was saturday ,a crime ,the crimal,the judge and finally the court this was
what my day was expected to be.

it was only after a week that court began to investigate the matter.
all the people arrived and the judge
too arrived before time as the case
seemed strange to him

once everything was set the court began its process.
i was sitting on a chair along with public audience
baqi mama was in the witness box while his murderer son was under the control of police.

as the judge started to write the punishment for Baqi mama's son
after a long process of listening arguments from both the sides
Mama told him not give any punishment to his son.

in a weeping voice he said

"my lord my son can not be held responsible for all this .he is mentally retarded. he knew not what was he doing. these are his photographs of childhood see yourself sir how innocent he is and see his insane face.
years ago he was addicted to murder people nobody knew why ? i tried a lot to stop him
but i being an old man couldn't do it.

so i started to make it a business i would sent him to the black tree and ask people to bet but nobody returned from the place. i promised him to bring him a toy with which he can play the game of death"

It was confirmed now that his son was
a psychopath so he was spared but Baqi himself was held responsible for this for helping him to murder people so he was sentenced for nine year prison.

the case was closed now. and there seemed nothing hidden now.

Baqi was taken by police in his arms before public .

but he requested the court to look after his son.

court assured him about that

everybody was silent now some were happy
some were angry
and some were sad like me.

Baqi mama's son seemed to be very much lost looking continuously towards his old father .but slowly and slowly he began to move his lips and he began to smile slightly untill he laughed a lot

"Ha hahahaha haa ha ha ha ha.....

this was so terrible that nobody could tell him to stop.

after a minute he was silent again.

and the court was over.
