Kwon Jae hee
He is known as the 'Barcode Murderer' as when he kills, in a rather unique way, he cuts a barcode onto the wrist of his victim. He is a chef, but he has Prosopagnosia (the inability to recognise faces).
The way in which he murders is very unique way. He takes his victim and puts them in a pure white room and makes them write down their life stories in a book, while also constantly monitoring them.
Why make them write their life stories? He just took interest in learning about people's lives. He was a psychopathic control freak, who couldn't remember his own backstory, so turned to others out of curiosity. He wouldn't allow his victims to continue their stories once they were completed, therefore stopped their lives. He had an intense attachment to these books.
