Dark Secrets Chapter VIII
Prince Liam's P.O.V
My eyes were closed tight as I rested in the soft chair. The fireplace burned brightly a few feet away. As I slept, the image of a beautiful woman came to my mind. The woman I had found earlier; my mate. Her hair hung down and softly blew in the wind from the balcony she was sitting on. "Would not be able to get into. There's a barrier on it." He explained.
I laughed. Standing up I walked over and laid a hand on his armed shoulder.
"It is blocked from all others. Not the Royals, my friend." I said.
I walked towards the fireplace and turned toward him, holding up the ring.
"You see, this ring is much more powerful than you'd think it is. It can do so much." I said, running one finger over it.
"She is my mate and no one is going to take her away from me. I do...
