She Married Her Mother! Even though she swore to everyone she knew and to the world that she never marry a women exactly like her mother, she did it anyways!! Years of complaining and telling all who know her just how abusive her mother was growing up and all hurt she had from it, she married her mother! Why you'd ask, why would she do it?! She had an ex who not only loved her, but her little sister too and would've gone to the moon and back again for her if she asked! But, no she had to throw it all away, a healthy, beautiful relationship of 11 years of love all went down the draine for a woman who is exactly like her mother! It isn't just personality, oh no, it is her name too! The woman she married has the same first name as her too, and perhaps from time to time same hair color! She literally is a splitting mirror image of the mother! height in all! It is so apparent that one might find scary or even creepy, but is what she wanted that is what she settled on! It sucks for the rest of the family though, especially the little sister who adored her big sister even if they were 12 years apart and two generations apart it didn't matter to either of them the little sister got to see her big sister and the big sister got to see her little sister! They always made time for each others...always even if meant that the little sister would stuck at home watching TV while the big sister was at work, they always made time for each others! The Previous Exs never cared, maybe one or two but the big sister always found a way for the little sister to visit! The little sister would always visit when school was off and sometimes the big sister come see the little sister instead of the little sister going to see the big sister!! 5 to 6 times a year would they see each others, didn't have to be everything Thanksgiving break, but definitely had to be every Christmas break, Spring break and Summer break! No exceptions, No excuses, and no reason for not spending time or seeing each others!! That how it has always been, even the very own mother, the abusive mother would make sure the two sisters saw each others no matter what the weather would be, rain, snow, stormy weather, none would separate these sisters from seeing each others!! That is or was until, she came along, at first nothing seemed off or stranged other than the name sharing and the big sister even waited a few months before telling the family that she found someone new including the little sister whom she saved for last! The little sister felt uncomfortable and knew right away something was off, but didn't want to hurt her big sister, so she brushed it off as "She is just quiet" that was the big sister excuse for the "vibe" as for her, the big sister, well she didn't hold back and it was moving fast this new relationship! Introductions by October, moving in together by February! Call it lightning speed or light speed either way it didn't take long! Was there a honeymoon phrase or just straight to the wedding bells, well there was definitely an in-between but wasn't your advantage inbetweeners at least not for her or not in the way she would have liked! One of the Exes, in-fact the only healthy ex she ever had since "coming out" the ex of 11 great years, supportive and caring died! It wasn't an excepted death, it was crulsume, messy and a horrible death! But, not a surprising death, at least all for those who knew about the new woman that was brought in! All could see why the glass shattered, but she?! A dead ex and woman exactly like her mother, yet nothing changed, other than looking herself in the mirror! She tried putting towels over her mirrors, because deep down she knew, that she was to blame for her Ex's death, yet that didn't change anything, she was still with the woman her was like her mother! Soon after, the wedding came and the little sister came with her aunt, but mother was not invited! Sad and furious the mother was, but that her way of getting revenge for all the pain and hurt that came from the abuse! Dresses were involved, and even the "No Show" dad who came from afar showed up just for his daughter wedding! The little sister, well she got to be a witness!! A great honor indeed, but the little sister has reservations for she doesn't like the new wife, but she'll do it for her the big sister! Honeymoon, nope, isolation, once the rings came on the big sister no longer saw her friends and family! She used to text, but now silence, she used to call, but now straight to voice mail and no returns not for days, weeks, months! She used make time for family and friends especially little sister! What used to be several times a years has turned into years since! When things were bad the mother tried to hide her from seeking help and kept her isolated from the people she loved! Now, the wife is too keeping from the people loves! The mother had restrictions, she too has restrictions thanks to the new wife! Dogs walks must only consist of certain blocks, and no outings for more than two hours!! No one can visist unlessWife gives permission and school age step kids must be with her 24/7 even if they have their own phone and are now teenagers! That does not matter! The Wife's rules are the rules of law! Can not be broken, for doing so can result in unknown fear! But, really, she knows what that fear is, she has been through it once before with her mother! Will it be just horrible and traumatic that it was with her mother? Or will it be worse?! She dares not finds out for she knows and therefore can not risk it! For her isolation does not compare to the physical harm that endured while living with her mother, so she tolerates it and allows it even she knows! What can she do, leave?! But we all know those who leave often come back! She is behind enemy lines now, and you would think she try to come to the other side and ally herself with friends and family, but the emotional and psychological hold she has over her is hard to break! Fights are a new thing now, they happen all the time! Never, did she fight with family or make the family uncomfortable like her mother, but is how it is now, she fights with everyone now that is what happens when you're behind enemy lines you fight, but she has been fight her whole life! Her life is now a mystery, filled with similar experiences that lived with her mother, now being relived again and again with her wife that is her mother! Her dear little sister misses her big sister very much and hopes that one day they will see each others again! But things, well they will never be the same again, in fact things may remain as they are and the sisters will never see each others again! It has already happened and the little sister as has believed to be an only child, sometimes she has forgotten that she even had a sister at all! This all happened because she married her mother! Hope does indeed remain, but it is quickly fading and what was once a promise that was sworn whole heartedly is now a reality, let us hope that the little sister will not follow the same path as the big sister and will break the cycle and power that the mother once had over both of them! The big sister was once free but now caged, the little sister is still caged but slowly trying to break free! All because she decided to married someone exactly like her mother! Mother must be so proud........
