Help me not.
And believe me you are very much allowed to reply something else.
We all know It's easier said than done but I myself tried to show my emotions to Anha and Aditi and Aditi is not my best friend not even a close friend just a common friend it means you can get help from anyone. You don't need your parents or best friend to understand your difficulties their is alot of people who is willing to help you all you have to do is open yourself. If you are scared they will give you a tag of a mental patient than please they won't.
If you are feeling low it doesn't mean you have illness but it can be in long run so just don't ignore them. If you want to say something just say it you don't need to feel bad when you can feel relieved after sharing your mind.
Sometimes we all need help you are no different, it's common.

Here is fun tips for you even if you are far from any illness.
1. If you are shy then write your thoughts in your diary you can add few cuss words too, but make sure your mom never find that thing.
2. You can record your mind in your sweet voice in your phone and listen them some other time or jist delete them.
3. You can buy yourself a cute pet but make sure to feed them at time you can always babble infront of them they will simply console you with their amazing gesture.
4. You can read few books even one erotic romantic in between ten knowledgeable book no one will notice.
5. Even you can make fun of people you hate or mimic them but off course in private
6. You can cry, sob, bellow, vomit out of emotions imbalance.
7. You can break things by hitting them on hard floor or simply push them with force.
8. You can fail in your test, exam even in life you will get another chance.

All you need to do it take care of yourself by any means to prefer.
