GIFT BOX🎁 #2
CHAPTER 2
--------------------

Parthiv opens his eyes and stares at the ceiling. He is comfortably laying in bed with blankets on. He thinks that it was just another strange dream. But something was not right. Something feels strange and unusual…and NEW.

He stares at the ceiling for one more moment. Then it struck him. After realising it…he was beyond terrified…he was not even able to take his eyes away from the ceiling. So many things running in his mind.

IS IT BECAUSE OF WHAT I READ FROM THAT BLACK CARD…WAS THAT A DREAM…WAS THAT REAL.…AM I DREAMING NOW?

All these questions came rushing to his mind just because the ceiling he was staring above his bed…or whosever bed that was…was not the ceiling from his rich father's beautiful house. The ceiling that he saw now was made of wood…wooden planks which looked like, it was painted a long time back. These planks were joined together with gaps in between them letting a small ray of sunlight through it.

Parthiv slowly got up from the bed and looked around him. A small room with some thick glass windows, and two cupboards with mirrors on the right side of the room. A long bed in which he was sitting…and a wooden door which led to the next room. He still thought he was dreaming. He tried pinching himself and wished he shouldn't feel anything and should wake up in his father's home and eat a good meal from his grandmother. But the reality was too hard to take, he felt the pain in his hand and was sure that this was not a dream.

Now the only think that was known to him in this room was that cursed gift box which was lying in the bed next to him. Anger and fear both struck him at the same time when he saw the box.

*PARTHIV THINKING : I should have not opened the box…I should have waited and given the parcel to father.. what should I do now.

The last think he remembered was, he reading a small poem in that black paper..it was surprising that he didn't remember what he had read…he had little hopes that by reading that same poem again he could return to his home.

So he took the gift box and lifted the black paper in it and to his amazement there was something else entirely written in that…he was sure that he read some kind of 2 line poetry last night….and now it seemed to have dissappeared and some other message was inscribed in that paper.. it looked like an instructions manual.
