"How does the aspect of sleep affect our health and beauty?"
A good night sleep can mean good skin health, because when you are sleep deprived your body makes more of stress hormone "Cortisol".
Increased levels of cortisol can lead to stress and inflammation, hurting your skin health.

As an individual you should adapt a daily nap-night time routine, here you can decide to set and follow a specific time of when to go to bed ,the most preferably time is 8pm after having a light meal (supper).

Countless studies have shown that the minimal seven hours of sleep at night daily is quite beneficial to your health and beauty as far as keeping us fresh the next morning ,away from puffy swollen eyes and dark circles to a sallow greyish cast of dull and tired skin.

So a decent night's rest can make a positive impact on your entire day.

Why should we have enough sleep?
-Lack of enough sleep leads to increased levels of stress that lead to inflammatory skin conditions such as acne and psoriasis.

-Not getting enough sleep results to poor water balance in the body leading to puffy bags under your eyes and under eye circles.

-When you are sleep deprived,your skin is prone to dryness and more visible wrinkles.

-Not having enough sleep,results to stress and poor eating habits thus excess snacking and calories consumption and eventually contributes to weight gain.

-During deep sleep,the rise in growth hormones allow the damaged cells of the body to become repaired,to some extent this helps keeping you away from aging.

How can we get a good night's rest?
Here are tips I would love to share and hope will help you get a warm ,cosy and good sleep.

-Drink plenty of water during the day and less during late night.

-Do not eat a heavy meal too late at night,few minutes or hours when you are about to go to bed.

-Use clean breathable cotton bedsheets and wash them regularly so they don't collect dirt and bacteria.

-Use laundry detergents that don't have strong fragrances which can be irritating to skin.

-Sleep under a clean warm blanket in a cool dark quiet bedroom especially during cold weather or seasons.

-Don't forget to have a nice warm bath before going to bed.

Inconclusion,sleep is vital to good health and beauty,
No wonder sleeping beauty looked so good,she took long naps never got old and didn't have to do anything but snore to get her prince charming.
