For all us there seems to be some sort of turmoil going on of late. Turn on the news, social media it doesn't look so great. It's why I've now deleted my social media accounts on Facebook and X. I use a writing app which doesn't have a shit tone of algorithms that flag your account because some latè drinking hipster got offended.

I don't spend a lot of time reading the news, I will read enough to stay informed but I do not spend time in the comments sections where the internet trolls and keyboard warriors live.

I do listen to various podcasts and will only support those that do not censor people unless they are advocating violence and hate.

I like to focus on the simple things of life, work, family and friends.
