Whenever we're in trouble, or facing some mishap, the first thing we say is," Why does God give so much trouble to good people whereas the bad people are enjoying their lives?" We all say that God is our parent. Then lets take things that way. Suppose our parents want us to get a medicine from a nearby pharmacy. Parents tell their eldest child to get the medicine and not the younger one. Why? Because they trust their eldest child and they know that they can trust him/her as he/she is more wise, understanding & dependable than their younger child. Similarly God knows we're more dependable and we can handle difficult situations. Therefore, God lets us face problems. We should also thank God because when we come out of a problem, we become even more wiser and stronger than before.
