Isolated or alone..??
There are 2 phases of being alone:

1. When you have everyone in
your life physically but not emotionally.

2. When no ones there with you physically as well as emotionally.
...
And in my opinion the later one is actually the best one.

To be alone is not bad, but to feel lonely is not good. Once you learn to enjoy being alone, you'll get to know its benefits. There are lots, like..

you can put new life into yourself, you will do those things which you really love, you can become more independent, you will stop wandering for other people's opinion, and many more.
At the same time, loneliness has its own adverse effects. First and foremost, you will feel stressed and will become so diificult to handle, you will get all the unwanted thoughts in your mind, destroys the quality of sleep, and the list will go on.

So instead of feeling bad for your loneliness, start loving your alone time or start giving importance to it. As it is already said..
Sometimes alone is the best place to spend time in.
So have a move, learn something new, treasure out your strength even in your lonely moment..
