Win on depression
Depression is a kind of parasite which lives and nurture inside people. It feeds on our confidence and emotions and conscience. Once this parasite attacks one, its so tough to take it out of one's system.
Then how to deal with this life threatning feeling???

1.Interaction- with loved ones or family...a kind of awareness to them of your condition...often it work as a boon.

2. Hobbies- start doing things which pampers your
heart ..swiming ..eating ..running..dancing ..singing ..or painting. engage your body and mind in hobbies.

3.Set ambitions and life goals- as without a vision a human cant survive in the world.There should be life goals ..try finding them.

4.Keep a hold on yourself- keep youself busy in your life goals and do not watch what others are upto.

5.believe your self - one needs, no one ..believe that you are self sufficient, and limitlesss....

6.Treat your mind with some beautiful scenic view.. Walk around the nature ..example parks,they keep you calm.

7.Get a pet- you can develop a sense of love and responsiblity towards it.

8.Meditate- ultimate booster of confidence ,self belief , good health.

There are immense ways to fight it. Dont wait the parasite to eat u up ..love yourself ..you are just awsome. You are best in your own way
