This is just a tiny slice of all the emotions in my heart right now, in black-and-white,... raw, real and unfiltered.








Today evening, roughly around 6pm, I, feeling rather bored and having nothing else to do, opened Writco and went straight to my account... and I could not believe my eyes.




Thank you so much for 1000+  followers, everyone.



Yes, everyone.



Honestly, I do not consider myself to be even remotely pretty, popular or talented.




Besides, I have read only a couple of books in my life, due to which my English is not even close to perfect or eloquent.






At the end of the day, I am just a shy introverted glossophobe who has failed, time and again, to make lime juice with the lemons that Life has thrown at her.







In my schooldays, I used to submit a lot of works, the which never ever got published in the annual school magazine(s).




Besides, I was never ‘selected’ to attend literary fests or meet eminent writers who visited the school once in a blue moon, because I was rather mediocre in other respects (read, academics) and also, not a teachers’ favourite in the least.






So I decided to chose a platform (Writco) where nobody knew me so as to judge me outside the literary perspective, just to see whether my pen was as useless and lame as circumstances had taught me to believe.








Starting from partiality to toxic failed relationships, Life has left deep scars on the walls of my once-upon-a-time sweet, vulnerable, forgiving heart that believed among other things, that there is a Jack Dawson for every Rose— this one as well.




However, I still believe that there is still Love and Hope in the world, which will come slowly and steadily, but surely.






Meanwhile, I just hope to distil my life experiences, my inner world of blissful utopia as well as my personal thoughts on various issues in the form of quotes, stories, and poems – most of which had never before found a supportive audience.








I’ve received overwhelming support from everyone here, with whose ideas I’ve been able to relate so many times.





If not for Writco, I would have never realised that I have so many alter egos, maybe not in my real-life friend circles, but distributed all over the world.
