Swans
Swans seem to be big around our area where we like. It seems they like being around this part of the state. They truly are amazing creatures. God created such beautiful animals. They also represent Love.letting go of all your negative emotions. it’s feather symbolizes the love, support, and healing effect provided to your physical and emotional self by those who have guarded you in life. They also embed eternal Life.
This last animal I am going to talk about, as you have already guessed it, is a Swan. They have Grace and are Beautiful. We must remember what the Word says in Prov.?
Prov. 31:30 says this “”Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.“
‭‭Ture Beauty comes from the Lord. It comes from the inside out. God looks at the inner person, the heart, while the world looks at the outer person.
The Swans white color is associated with Purity and Innocence.
Transformation. These beautiful creatures transform from and ugly ungrateful duckling into the Beautiful Elegant White Bird. We may not see the beauty in the ashes, but God does. Later on we may look back and realize God was doing a wonderful beautiful thing. We just don’t always see it in the moment.
Wisdom-I have said it once and I will say it again, wisdom from God is first Pure.
James 3:17 says it Best, “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere” (ESV)
The world has its own saying and wisdom, but God’s Wisdom is the Beat Wisdom Of All.
Royalty- This one is a great one because we become royalty when we become a Family Member In God’s Family. A Heir to the Kingdom.
1 Peter 2:9-10
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”
The swan is an inspiration to many. Artists, writers and others are all inspired by the swan.
As we come to a close on what each of these birds symbolizes, let us remember Who God Is and What He does in our lives. As we think and meditate on all that we have learned let’s see what God has to say about who we are and what we have In Christ. Be Blessed Sisters and Brothers in Christ.
