Before and after
I am taking a 5 day challenge of diet and exercise.
I am going on holiday in 6 days time and want to get into my swimming costume and also want to look good.
At the moment I weigh 82.3 kilogram which is 12stone 9pound or 181pounds.
Today I am going to keep to a salad and lemons diet for the next five days.
plus lemon water at least 12 glasses
I am hoping to lose at least 5 - 10lb if possible it's a push but with motivation anythings possible.
my exercise will involve:
reverse crunches
Squats
vaccum
plank
I will let you know my progress over the next five days.
If you decide to follow I recommend adding some carbohydrates, protein and dairy to your salads and calorie in take of 1500 perday.
This is a push in five days and would suggest taking it slow and steady.
