Don't Worry
If you're worried now, let me ask you a simple question, why?
What is the reason that you're worried?

Is it the past that's making you worried? If yes, then you've got to accept it and let it go. One thing is for sure that you can't do anything to change it. It's already done and the thing you can do instead of worrying is to just accept it.

Or, is the anticipation of what might happen in the future making you worried? If it's that, then again, there's nothing you can do by worrying about it. If you can do anything to improve the situation in the future, then do it. But, if you can't, i.e. if the thing is not under your control, there's absolutely no point in fretting about it and sabotaging your inner peace and ultimately, your health, which is the most important thing.

So, are you worried about the present? Is there anything wrong with the now? No, right?
Or, if your answer is yes, then you can solve it too. Instead of worrying about it, what you can do is face it.
If it's harmful for you, then just remove yourself from the situation. If you can't do that, then change something about the thing which is making you worried. And in case none of the above can be done, the thing you can do is just accept it.

I know, at certain times, things seem to be so difficult that it just doesn't feel like you can do anything about it. Instead, you keep worrying. But, honestly, it's not going to help. It can only make you worse.

And, if there's nothing that's making you worried about the present, then that's even better.

So, just enjoy and live absolutely peacefully in the present.
