"Are you sure about this sir?"

His apprentice said, shuddering at the fact there was a place like that in the town. In his whole life, he never had the chance to see absolute chaos.

"Pretty damn sure, now don't ask anymore questions. Look at the files, you might need it later."

The chief was right, he wasn't suited for the job. After all, he sucked at memorization. Took him 9 minutes tops, before finally getting all the 4 suspects in order...

First was Ellaine 'Pots' Sandoval. A 25 year old Filipina woman that lived at the dorm for about 7 years straight... Still no conclusive evidence could be filed against her, so that's why the case was frozen indefinitely. It was said screams could be heard in her room at night..

"That's wild.."

"Always has been... Makes me vomit just thinking about what she does with the bones.."

At that moment, time was still inside the cruiser. The driver shot a menacing look at the detective, but he paid it no mind. The driver immediately, started driving again. Dismissing the quite cold, bone shivering comment about the woman.

Job was the only one that was left shocked.

"Yeah, I knew her years before I started working here. Been someone special to me throughout the years.. Till' I saw head stones inside the cupboards.."

Job wanted to cancel... She really is an absolute madwoman. But before he could think of anything as an excuse. The image of a very small yellow building was very much visible.

"Guess you can't escape now huh?"

The detective smiled at him, before both of them got out of the car and breathe in the aroma of a cursed building.. This was 'The dorm of death..'

"Chief can I-"

"Quit? Haha! No, Job you can't..."

The apprentice gave up when he was met with the serious look he had never once witnessed..

"Have you familiarized yourself to the files yet?"

He also remembered nothing was stuck except bones... Gods.. It was chilling..

"No-.."

"Of course not! It's your first day inside a case, Good luck and don't die!.."

The man patted the young officer at the back, before singing 'London bridge is Falling down and skipping towards the entrance. He was the first to go in.. He envied his senior's courage, he wished he had that kind of skill... To not be frightened of something dangerous..

But for now, he is stuck looking at the building. It was filled with cracks.. Eerie, and moss. When he returned to drop the documents back at the cruiser. He froze at the rear seats, looking at the front mirror.

The driver met his eyes... Something about him was... Inhuman... But that was until he started to talk.

"Take care out there, kid. Make sure to bring back Cookies for me. Also, bring that man alive. He's important to us."

Job was utterly shocked... He didn't expect the man to be this concerned and caring. It made him almost laugh.

But it was better than the other way he thought the man was.

"Thanks dad! I'll be sure to get one jar for you!"

"Haha! Got ya'. Let's drink sometime after this."

Yes... This is much more better.. Just a casual driver in their patrol car, disappearing at a distance. Before he slowly opens the entrance to room 201..

His heart was beating faster than before, as his foot inches every step he takes. But just before he was about to turn and see the corridor... He was taken aback, almost flying through the stairs below, if not for the railings that stopped him from doing so...

The floor creaked the loudest, but it was another 7 minutes that made him realize that it is what he think it is..

An explosion... He then quickly stood up, grabbing his chest. Slightly hurt. But he couldn't believe his eyes and ears either.

It was the Detective, shouting "Hell Yeah! It worked! It worked.." And dancing around the full blown door of room 201...

He just hoped this isn't how he dies... He hoped he wouldn't die just because of an insane coworker..
