Winter Wonder
(Zalgo's P.O.V)

It was now early December and my two proxies were still not back.
"Father, are you sure they're fine?" Peter questioned beside me, we were both just waiting outside the castle trying to catch a glimpse of them.
"Yes, I do believe they'll come back," I responded. Little footsteps came up behind us and then Lyra's whimpering voice broke the comfortable silence.
"Is mama here yet?" She asked, Peter shook his head softly and the little girl let out a sigh.
"Come on children we'll come back later, I'll make hot chocolate" I said, turning around as I walked towards the castle.
"Children" I grumbled more irritated,
"Father" Peter said quietly, I turned my head back towards Peter and Lyra.
"Wha-" I started before getting abruptly interrupted,
"Mama!" Lyra yelled, running towards a now noticeable figure. It was in fact Dandelion alongside Arline, Peter stood beside me in shock.
"Their back" he whispered to me,
"I see" was all I said. I guess I should have suspected this when I suddenly got better, the both of them walked...
