Nadhasur is the antagonist of the story.

After the birth of Shri Ganesh , Kartikeya thought that his mother and father are happy with Ganesh and they do not need Kartikeya..

Kartikeya decided to leave Kailash. Parvati said,"Thought twice before you take decision my son".
Kartikeya said to Parvati,"No mother . I have decided to leave Kailash".
This left Parvati speechless.
Parvati became heart-broken but Ganesh said,"MAA, I will bring brother back".

Nadhasur came to know that Kartikeya left Kailash. He had a motive to capture Kartikeya and overpower him.

Ganesh found Kartikeya and insisted him to come with him to Kailash but Kartikeya refused.

Parvati closed her eyes and came to know about Nadhasur's plan.

Nadhasur's main sword was his Nadh(Tongue) . He used his tongue to kill, to harm people.

Parvati took the form of Mahakali and went to rescue her sons.
