"Happy birthday Mom"  David cheered his mother.

"Oh thanks son,can't believe I just clocked 54... gosh am really grateful to God Almighty!"Maggie said enthusiastically waving her hand to a few of her guests that smiled her way.

The Johnson's big family house was all filled up, celebrating the lady of the house's birthday is something that every dick and harry waits expectantly for every year.
David's father,the man he's named after,the great Davidson was an influencial man.He died two years ago after his 60th birthday celebration,it was really a great loss to the whole people,the demise of an icon,a man like no other.

Though today is not as good as those days when he's still alive,but people littered the whole compound even to the outside,all the gates where widely open with security men on guard.The only place with a few people is inside the parlour.


David met his mother talking to one of her friends Florence over a bottle of wine,he decided to spend time with her when her friend left since they will soon be sorrounded with friends and well wishers in the family table.



"Well, I didn't know what to get for you as a birthday gift,but I got something anyway"David said watching his mother in a guess-what manner raising his brow.



"And what is that?"Maggie asked praying inwardly that God finally answered her...
