1:4 people suffer from mental disorders. That means 450 million people worldwide suffer with mental illnesses.

Mental illness comes in many forms. Anxiety, depression, ptsd, bipolar, mania, and much more.

A lot of people suffer from more than one mental illness at the same time.

I was diagnosed with manic depressive bipolar, ptsd, add, and anxiety. I know how it feels to fall apart. I know how it feels to think that you are worthless, thay you are not going to amount to much... But you are never gonna change my mind that there's hope out there waiting for you.

Jesus Christ gives us hope for a brighter future!!! John 3:16-17 says... For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved.

I pray thee thay if you know not the Lord that you will ask him into your heart right now. He can take away all of your problems if you follow him. God bless you always!
