Friendly Fiend (#1 Betrayer series)
The feeling that ran through my stomach this morning was like no other, no doubt it's malaria. I concluded after a long series of meetings in my head. I stood in front of the doctor's office waiting for my name to be called, finally I heard "Evelyn". As I rushed in to get my result, a creepy thought came in "hope it is not a symptom of Covid-19?" but I quickly brushed it off. I stood in front of the doctor like a criminal waiting for judgement forgetting the smiling-thrilled voice of the doctor who offered me a seat.
Doctor: Miss Evelyn I'm sorry to announce to you, the test carried out on you...
I swallowed deep. Oh! no this is not it. How could it be? Wait! probably it is a dream. I was lost in my own thoughts when I heard him say
Doctor: ...you are perfectly fine.
Evelyn: (in disbelief) what did you mean sir?
Doctor: The series of test carried out on you showed negativity to what you think is wrong with you.
That is true, I've been having numerous stomach aches, headaches and "I can never explain for-you-to-get the point feelings". I've been eating to aid my never satisfied stomach and numerous snacks have been slain just to help me recover from nothing I know-not about. Probably, their machine are malfunctioning, I thought. Until same was said in the other three different hospital I visited.

Lately, I haven't been myself. Depressed, sick, weak and many bullshits I can't even talk about. I gave everything but she demand me, which I also gave and now am left with nothing. I trusted, loved and adore but all was in vain. Mom said "friendship is one of the beauty of God's creation and gift to the world" but I for one, never felt one. I thought she will stay, together we will slay but she betrayed me without looking back. I've never been this hurt before, broken, disoriented, scattered and scared. All my troubled stomach is due to nothing else but a betrayer from a friend. I never will admit it as I told in front of my doctor's office.
