She texted - "Do you miss me?"
He responded - "what do you want me to say?"
She said - "The truth".

He took a pause, the message was read and she could see the blue tick on her end but the wait for reply seemed like an eternity.

A text popped up and she was left speechless......
" I don't want to, yet I miss you but with time I have learned to ignore the fact and honestly now I don't care if my heart misses you, my emotions have moved on and they usually don't turn around."

A small droplet of tear left her eyes unsaid and untold as she read -

"you can't respond to this conversation anymore".
