The next morning after Avantika's office party, Rohan sneaked into her bedroom. He then accused her of cheating on him and assaulted her causing an injury on her forehead. Hearing the noise Naina ran towards her bedroom to see Rohan standing with a knife in his hand and Avantika lying on the ground with a bleeding forehead. Naina was shocked and she took the hockey stick kept nearby and warned Rohan to leave. Seeing the situation going out of control, he decided to leave, but with a warning that he is not yet done with Avantika.

Blood was continuously flowing from Avantika's forehead, she tried to stop the bleeding with her hand, which had also turned red. She was frightened by what had happened, and seeing her in this condition brought tears to Naina's eyes too.
She went to her and hugged her. Both stayed in each other's arms without saying anything for a while. Avantika felt relieved and her anxiety lessened a bit because of Naina's presence.
A few minutes later, Naina gently lifted Avantika up and seated her on the bed. Then she brought the first aid box and cleaned Avantika's wound, applying medicine and bandaging it. While Avantika's eyes held fear and guilt, Naina's eyes reflected not only pity for her but also intense anger towards Rohan.
Despite of her repeated warnings, Avantika paid no heed, & now the consequences of being with Rohan were evident, Naina wanted to scold Avantika, but seeing the delicacy of the situation, she realised it was better to remain silent.
Avantika realized she had disappointed Naina, and her anger was justified. If she hadn't been at home today, who knows what Rohan would have done.
Meanwhile, Ishaan had already left for the court. The memories of last night's party and Avantika were still fresh in his mind. The smile on his face was visible from a mile away. He thought, why not meet Avantika once before going to court. Since there wasn't much work in the court today anyway, he turned his car towards Avantika's house.
