I don't have time .
it's most common excuse we do often make to escape or avoid something but when it comes to health it's never acceptable so let's see how we can manage balance between lifestyle and healthy Life style.

You will definitely have time to maintain a healthy lifestyle. So let's get started to think where does our time goes?
You wake up around 7 ok let's assume it
Let's give more 30 minutes for sleep it's ok and more 30 minutes to scroll up the mobile.
Definitely you will Start your day with mobile. Lot of stuff to check out notifications ,WhatsApp messages, social media, job related issues and many other things yet it's ok.
Now will assume 40 minutes for your brushing bathing and getting ready ok.
You are getting ready to your work even its online classes online job any other things teacher something you might be in any profession even housewife ok you are set to do something
Will have your breakfast and can also be used to prepare breakfast adjust the table complete the last night chores
After that you will be busy in your work let's imagine till 2 o'clock your busy you will be taking your lunch ok and again back to the work
In between you will have some what time is it scroll up the mobile to talk with family to have a peaceful lunch and you will definitely take 5 to 10 minutes break ok
📌Around 5:30 you are returning from your work and you are taking bath in as it is covid times make this is very important to sanitize yourself all your things you brought from out and have a bath
📌Around 7 o'clock you are free and you are ready to watch your web series social media TV serials new TV shows any other things you might be busy in something for your friends cooking cleaning utensils something you might be doing now this time it's ok
📌Imagine having your dinner around 8:30 on 9 o'clock after you get ready to sleep I mean just simply laid on the bed and so much time and now absolutely you have so much of time on your mobile
12 to 1o'clock you will have a good sleep I know not a sleep but you will do that consideration as sleep so I do accept it .
📌So again cycle starts isn't it?So Let's come to conclusion we don't have time to take care of health isn't it?
Do you agree that? I don't really agree with that !
It's ok let's see why I don't agree I hope even you do agree with me after conclusion so shall we see what is the actual cause for my objection.Just minimise the time you sleep I mean wake up around 6 it's ok . initially this you can't do that. But definitely one day you can do that try from today why can't this day be that one day?

👉 If you have a habit of scorling mobile in the morning.its really good to start up a healthy Lifestyle 👉so what to do is take up your mobile and start walking and do scroll as much as you want but walk is must
👉In your breakfast u can definitely opt for healthy foods which prepares in less time like
👉Sprouts ,fresh juice fruits ,salads greentea, mixed flour malt ,chiaseed water,lemongrass tea,methi tea, anything from the list nuts must be included ok.
👉Now assume you are busy in work but you can move your legs frequently when you are sitting strech your body frequently
👉If you have to make any phone call conversation for a long time then start walking and talk .now don't complain that you don't have space to walk it's not a excuse .
👉Refresh yourself for every 1 hour to boost up use lemon juice, protein bars, anything naturall bevarage is ok.
Lunch time be occupied enjoy every bite of your lunch .don't feel to eat hurry and finish even in hurry too be peaceful substitute with those which minimises time of chewing and you are good to go
👉Time is sufficient but how you manage it matters
⭐Evening you return home have a peaceful bath ,move around don't feel lazy and lay on bed it's noz the time .
⭐Spend some time with your family friends,and mostly with self
Prepare a plan for the next day
⭐Go for a walk remember you must eliminate sweat from your body at any cost keep focussed
⭐Prefer baked over fried
Avoid backery items prepare fresh food naturally .
⭐Do some exercises have a peaceful sleep .social media ,mobile are not gonna extinction from today so spend time on your sleep.I hope you are healthy fine . doing good .kindly take care your health it's gonna save our human existence .🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
